Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our state-of-the-art facility, which is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools and resources. Our outpatient orthopedic clinic provides a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, promoting both patient engagement and therapist collaboration. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment to 1-2 patients per hour, carefully managing time to maximize patient care and outcomes.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' mobility, strength, and physical function to develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to facilitate patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to enhance autonomy and health.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, using assessment tools and patient feedback to adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At All In Rehabilitation Center, our patients primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. The diversity of our patient population requires Physical Therapists to be adept at customizing treatment approaches, ensuring each patient receives relevant and effective care tailored to their specific conditions. Our goal is to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve the functional capacity of every person we serve.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active or eligibility to obtain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas.
• Experienced professionals with at least 2 years of clinical practice are strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team are essential.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly advantageous and will be considered a significant asset.
• Knowledge of advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities is preferred, including the use of therapeutic modalities and movement analysis.

Compensation and Benefits

All In Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
