Work Environment

This onsite position is based in our outpatient clinic setting, where you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to patient rehabilitation. Our facilities are equipped with advanced tools and technology to enhance therapy outcomes, including state-of-the-art exercise machines, manual therapy equipment, and educational resources. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients by conducting thorough assessments that identify their unique physical therapy needs and limitations.
• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education aimed at achieving optimal recovery outcomes.
• Implement treatment sessions with an average of 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring individualized attention and care.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress, response to therapy, and feedback, to enhance recovery pathways continuously.
• Provide education on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies to empower patients in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at All In Rehabilitation Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, joint replacements, and chronic pain conditions. We emphasize a holistic approach, ensuring that therapies align with each patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Strong understanding of outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience handling diverse patient cases and adapting therapy techniques accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
