Voice Actor - German Speakers (AI Training)
About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks with millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality German audio and evaluate AI-generated speech - helping frontier AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed - just a commanding voice, fluent German, and a quality recording setup.

- Record high-quality voice samples in German from provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated speech quality
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and authentic, natural delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule
- Native or near-native German speaker with confident, expressive delivery
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
- Owner of a high-quality microphone with access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver clear, engaging, and consistent vocal performances
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity
- No AI or tech background required
- Experience across multiple vocal styles - commercial, character, documentary, or e-learning
- Familiarity with audio editing or recording software (DAWs, Audacity, Adobe Audition, etc.)
- Awareness of regional German accent variations - Austrian, Swiss, or High German
- Background in linguistics, broadcasting, or performing arts
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and Fortune 500 teams
- Fully remote and flexible - record from your own studio, on your own schedule
