Italian - Generalist Voice Actor (AI Training)
About the Role
What if your Italian voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of people around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech - helping train the next generation of voice AI systems to sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed - just a commanding Italian voice, professional recording setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
- Record clear, high-fidelity Italian audio using provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, accuracy, and expressiveness
- Provide structured, constructive feedback to improve synthesized voice quality
- Review and refine scripts to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
- Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule
- Fully fluent in spoken Italian - native or near-native proficiency
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio work
- Equipped with professional recording gear and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver consistently engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances
- Detail-oriented when it comes to evaluating pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity
- No AI or tech background required
- Experience across multiple voice styles or registers - commercial, narrative, character, etc.
- Familiarity with audio editing software or DAW environments
- Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
- Background in linguistics, broadcast, theatre, or media production
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and Fortune 500 companies
- Fully remote and flexible - record and review on a schedule that works for you
