Nous formons une banque de candidatures operateurs/operatrices pour la periode 2026-2028. En tant qu'employe sur les operations, vous verrez au deroulement securitaire et optimal de la production dans le secteur qui vous est assigne. Pour cela, vous effectuerez differentes manoeuvres et opererez des equipements qui seront sous votre responsabilite, en plus de collaborer a leur entretien. Vous serez egalement appele a participer a l'amelioration continue de l'ensemble des operations et a vous impliquer dans differents dossiers de nature operationnelle, technique et/ou administrative. Vous completerez divers rapports et utiliserez frequemment des outils informatiques. Vous ferez partie d'une equipe de travail autonome axee sur la polyvalence, oeuvrant en rotation sur les quarts et supportant une production continue, en plus d'etre responsable de mandats dans l'equipe.
Profil :
Vous detenez undiplome d'etudes secondaires (secondaire V).
Vous avez la sante et securite a cur, vous etes autonome et oriente vers les resultats, il importe que vous manifestiez beaucoup de dynamisme et recherchiez la collaboration par le travail d'equipe.
