We recognize the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle while maintaining client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy plans for clients, addressing their unique mental health needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

  • Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Attend workshops and professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health care. The LPC will play a crucial role in addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By providing tailored support, you will empower clients to navigate their personal challenges and foster resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly within a clinical setting.
  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with a wide range of clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other digital tools relevant to mental health care.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. Additionally, we provide full access to health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, extensive client referrals, as well as support for billing and documentation to help streamline your workload.
