Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to create individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse range of clients, primarily those struggling with emotional and psychological challenges stemming from trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active LCSW license in the state of California.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, demonstrating an ability to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Experience working within a team-oriented environment, understanding the importance of collaboration in achieving client goals.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a clinical setting that specializes in trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits
