Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions to clients varying in age and backgrounds, incorporating therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of professionalism.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of developments in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will impact a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who often face barriers to mental health services. Your expertise will help address various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use, ensuring that you contribute positively to the emotional well-being of each individual.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of active and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) software and other related technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use counseling, and trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with telehealth platforms or remote service delivery is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
