Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Deliver group, individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a caring and supportive manner.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to client care, ensuring all aspects of their mental health are addressed.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will offer support to clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet their unique circumstances and cultural contexts.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Solid understanding of clinical ethics and legal frameworks guiding mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to develop rapport with clients effectively.
• Proven ability to function collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly desirable.
• Experience working in telehealth settings or virtual counseling environments is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
