Job DescriptionAce Hardware is seeking a reliable and responsible Associate to join our team in Grayson, GA. The ideal candidate is punctual, willing to learn, and thrives in a team environment. As an Ace Hardware Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store, managing inventory operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Maintain store appearance and organization to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Assist with inventory operations including stocking, receiving, and organizing products.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Greet and engage each customer with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on all products including keys, grills, garden center items, tools, power equipment, plumbing, electrical, and paint.
- Help customers find products and answer questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of hardware products including keys, grills, garden center, tools, power equipment, plumbing, electrical, and paint is preferred.
