Pediatric Partners, part of the Sevita family, in St. Cloud is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative pediatric clinic team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, this is an opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families throughout the lifespan. This position includes delivering in-house therapy services within ABA centers and outpatient clinics, with an expected 50/50 split between the two.
What You'll Do
As a Pediatric SLP, you will support children with a wide range of needs, including medically complex, developmental, and communication challenges. This role includes a high percentage of AAC users and children with complex communication needs:
  • Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans
  • Deliver in-house speech therapy services within partnered ABA centers
  • Maintain a 50/50 service split between ABA center-based services and outpatient clinic services (May include travel time with mileage reimbursement)
  • Provide assessment, implementation, and ongoing support for AAC systems (low- and high-tech)
  • Provide evaluations and skilled documentation (evals, daily notes, progress reports, discharges)
  • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support carryover at home
  • Support speech, language, cognitive-communication, swallowing, and social skills
  • Collaborate closely with ABA teams to support interdisciplinary treatment planning and behavioral carryover
  • Pursue appropriate funding sources for AAC devices, complete required documentation to support medical necessity, and coordinate device trials and implementation to ensure successful access and long-term use.
  • Partner with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic outcomes
  • Manage a pediatric caseload and coordinate scheduling across service locations
  • Complete, accurate documentation and billing aligned with services provided

What You'll Bring
  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Minnesota SLP license (or license-eligible)
  • Ability and willingness to work within ABA centers and outpatient clinic environments
  • Comfort managing an AAC-heavy caseload and supporting complex communicators
  • Comfort working with children who may exhibit aggressive or unsafe behaviors
  • Willingness to complete Safety-Care or similar behavioral safety training as required
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with strong AAC interest are encouraged to apply
  • Prior AAC experience is not required, but candidates must demonstrate a strong interest in developing AAC skills and supporting children who rely on AAC for communication
  • Passion for working with children and families

Why You'll Love Joining Our Team
  • Flexible scheduling supporting work-life balance
  • Competitive compensation with sign-on and incentive opportunities
  • Structured 26-hour productivity model
  • Monthly COTA supervision stipend
  • Clinic and school-based therapy model with no home visits
  • Generous PTO, including vacation, sick time, and personal float
  • 8 Paid Holidays per year
  • Full benefits for employees working 32+ hours per week, including Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, and FSA
  • Referral Program up to $5,000 with 90-day payout
  • Pay-on-demand access
  • 401(k) with company match and Fidelity retirement planning resources
  • Free CEUs and access to an online training platform with 1,000+ courses
  • Employee Recognition and Spotlight Programs
  • Perks at Work discount program
  • Employee Resource Groups, including Therapist Mentoring, DEIB Book Club, PRIDE, Veterans, and Families
  • Wellbeing Center supporting physical, financial, and mental health
  • Rewarding work where you truly make a lasting impact
