WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

The Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in shapingSimCorp'sgo-to-market, sales, and marketing initiatives to support revenue growth and expandSimCorp'spresence across the Americas. With a focus on Trade Operations workflows, this role helps articulate the value ofSimCorpOne to both prospective and existing clients.Working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Implementation teams, the Solutions Engineer leads and coordinates client presentations and software demonstrations, ensuringSimCorpOne's capabilities are effectivelyshowcasedand aligned to client needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Act as a subject matter expert on Trade Operations workflows across all asset classes, including trade capture, processing, reconciliation, matching, settlement, cash management, valuation, corporate actions, collateralmanagementand accounting.

• Prepare andfacilitatedetailedSimCorpOne software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for clients and prospects.

• Hold regular meetings with prospects and clients to understand their current use of technology and systems, and toidentifyopportunities toleverageadditionalavailable functionality not currently licensed.

• Prepare responses to prospective client RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).

• Ensure effective and detailedknowledgetransfer from the sales process to the implementation team following contract execution.

• Provide input to the product team on market trends and evolving client requirements.

WHAT WE VALUE

• 7+years experiencewithin the Financial Services Industry with exposure to the middle andback officefunctions.

• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle flows, with a particular focus on post-execution processes.

• Practical experience withSimCorpOne, particularly across the post-trade lifecycle, is highly desirable.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering outcomes.

• Methodical, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively during high-demand projects.

• Proven relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills, both in client-facing engagements and cross-functional collaboration.

• Willingness to travel asrequired.

• Flexibility to attendSimCorpoffice 2x/week as per our hybrid policy.

For New York City only:The salary range for this position is $160,000 - 190,000 USD. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location,departmentand individual performance.
