Asa keycomponentof productmanagementfor Private Markets, you will own the product strategy andexecution alongside our engineering team. You will sit at the intersection of finance and technologytranslating the intricate workflows of private market professionals into intuitive, powerful software that delights users and drives business outcomes.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role.You'llwork directly withthe leadership, clients, market participants,engineering,salesand go-to-market teams, andyou'llhave real ownership over a product area that is central to our company's growth. You will shape the roadmap, define priorities, and rally a talented team of engineers and designers around a shared vision.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Orchestrate high-stakes product demonstrations, executive roundtables, andclientconferences to evangelize the solution and secure stakeholder buy-in across diverse audiences.

• Define,ownand evolve the product roadmap for our private markets platform, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term strategic vision.

• Be the primary point of contact,the go-to person for private marketsand collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strategicallyown,manage and prioritize the product backlog in lockstep withLeadership, balancing technical debt with high-valuestrategic investmentsto ensure seamless delivery.

• Deeply immerse yourself in the workflows of privatemarkets -conducting interviews, shadowing users, and synthesizing feedback into actionable insights.

• Write crisp, well-reasoned product specifications and workhand-in-handwith engineering and design to ship high-quality features on time.

• Collaborate with cross-functionalteamsto author comprehensive userfeatures andstories,establishingrigorous acceptance criteria to ensure all deliverables meet 'Definition of Ready' and 'Definition of Done' standardsin the acceptance of deliverables.

• Define success metrics for every initiative and use data to evaluate outcomes, iterate quickly, and communicate results to stakeholders.

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand market gaps, competitive dynamics, and the evolving needs of our customer base.

• Identifyand evaluate opportunities to integrate AI and automation into core workflows - making complexworkflowsfaster, smarter, and more reliable.

• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on priorities,tradeoffs, and the 'why' behind every decision.

• Stay ahead of regulatory developments, market trends, and competitive shifts in the privatemarketstechnology landscape.

• Represent the voice of the customer in every product decision - advocating relentlessly for user experience without sacrificing business viability.

WHAT WE VALUE

• 5+yearsproduct management experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or fintech.

• Meaningful exposure to private markets,whether through prior work at a PE firm, fund administrator, placement agent, LP, or financial software company serving these markets.

• Demonstratedtrack recordof successfully launching products and features that users love and that drive measurable business results.

• Strong understanding ofprivateasset structures, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and related workflows.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - you can write a tight one-pager and present to a room ofskepticalexecutives with equal confidenceand are not afraid to use AI.

• Proficiencyin working with data:you'recomfortableanalyzing usage metricsand building dashboards to support your decisions.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an agile environment; familiarity with modern development practices is a plus.

• High EQ and the ability to build trust quickly with customers, engineers, and senior leadership alike.

• A genuine curiosity about technology and its role in reshaping financial services.

• Experience engaging proactively with clients and stakeholders tosolicitinput for user stories.

• Broad knowledge of the Alternative Investment marketplace and system vendors.

• Experience withSimCorpDimension (advantageousbut notrequired).

• Proventrack recordin roles such asProduct Manager, Product Owner, Engineering, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Consultant within software development.

• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills focused on business outcomes and complete product offers.

• Ability to encourage, motivate, and influence teams andpeers;contribute to improvements across the community.

• Understanding ofhow great products are built and deliver value to clients.

• Creative and inquisitive mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, ora related field(preferred).

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $300,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.

For Toronto only: The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $275,000 CAD. Base pay may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including health and dental care, time off and Group RRSP/TFSA.
