  • Enjoy the stability of hourly pay instead of relying on trip-by-trip earnings. Our average drivers earn more than $23/hr through guaranteed base pay, bonuses, and tips.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Earn starting pay of $19.75/hour, plus performance bonus opportunities, stock option eligibility, and the ability to keep 100% of your tips.

Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (not banned from the Uber platform).
  • Must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Valid California Driver's License.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen (Including marijuana).
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English to communicate effectively with passengers.

Physical Requirements:

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: ensure a welcoming experience by greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and providing a comfortable riding experience.
  • Safe & Reliable Transportation: safely pick up passengers and transport them to their destination while obeying traffic laws and practicing safe driving habits.
  • Maintain Vehicle Standards: keep your vehicle clean, safe, and comfortable, ensuring an optimal ride experience for all passengers.
  • Efficient Navigation and Coordination: determine the best traveling routes using technology (GPS, routing apps) and knowledge of the city in order to maximize efficiency and minimize waiting times.
