What types of projects do wetland scientists typically work on?

Wetland Scientists commonly work on projects related to wetland assessment, restoration, and compliance with environmental regulations for land development or conservation efforts. Their daily responsibilities may include conducting site surveys, collecting soil and water samples, analyzing data, and preparing technical reports for clients or regulatory agencies. Collaboration with engineers, biologists, land developers, and government officials is frequent, as project success often depends on interdisciplinary teamwork.
