Job Description

Thai Tea Studio is seeking an experienced Thai Chef / Thai Cuisine Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of authentic Thai cooking techniques, ingredients, flavors, and food preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
  • Prepare meats, vegetables, sauces, curry bases, noodles, and other ingredients for daily service.
  • Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and food-preparation area.
  • Monitor ingredient quality and assist with inventory and food preparation.
  • Work efficiently with other kitchen and restaurant team members.
  • Follow restaurant recipes and procedures to ensure consistency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Thai cuisine required.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai ingredients, seasonings, sauces, and traditional cooking techniques.
