Salary Statement
Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $87,000.00/Yr. - USD $144,900.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Description
Provides senior technical and strategic leadership in the planning, integration, assessment, and advancement of complex information warfare capabilities supporting operational readiness, training, concept development, and mission execution. Serves as a senior advisor, leading multidisciplinary efforts, developing operational concepts and technical approaches, preparing technical documentation and briefings, and providing expert guidance to senior stakeholders. Supports analysis, doctrine and tactics development, operational assessments, readiness evaluations, and continuous process improvement across multiple information warfare mission areas.
  • Providing senior technical leadership and subject matter expertise in information warfare planning, operations, and capability integration
  • Developing and evaluating operational concepts, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Conducting mission, capability, and operational analyses to support readiness and mission effectiveness
  • Preparing technical reports, white papers, briefings, recommendations, and other project documentation
  • Participating in technical meetings, working groups, planning sessions, and collaborative forums with government and industry stakeholders
  • Analyzing training and operational performance data to identify capability gaps and recommending improvements
  • Supporting planning, execution, and assessment of operational training and mission readiness activities
  • Developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting
  • Providing technical mentorship and leadership to multidisciplinary teams
  • Supporting strategic planning, process improvement, and technology integration initiatives

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Requirements
  • TS/SCI security clearance required
  • 20 years of experience in one or more Information Warfare mission areas, including at least 10 years of this experience performed within the last 12 years
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical and management leadership on complex operational or technology initiatives
  • Experience developing operational concepts, tactics, techniques and procedures, strategic plans, technical documentation, and executive-level briefings
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical efforts across multiple organizations
  • Experience supporting operational planning, readiness assessments, capability development, and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the integration of Information Warfare disciplines, with familiarity across:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
