MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Warfare Analyst to join our team, onsite in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • IW Innovation:Provide strategic Information Warfare (IW) expertise to government stakeholders, driving the delivery of innovative IW and Electronic Warfare (EW) and Information Warfare (IW) solutions supporting the Live, Virtual, and Constructive training environment  

  • Project Coordination:Execute, oversee, and lead assigned IW and EW projects, ensuring successful execution, capability delivery, and alignment with mission goals from conceptualization through implementation

  • EW/IW Integration:Support the customer's task of incorporating advanced IW technologies across Information Related Capabilities (IRCs), with a heavy focus on Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber Operations, and Intelligence support

  • Planning & Analysis:Plan, monitor, and analyze EW and Information Support Plans to ensure integration with broader kinetic and non-kinetic mission objectives, adjusting strategies based on customer strategic objectives and developmental feedback

  • Capability Development:Deliver IW innovation by supporting the testing, evaluation, and experimentation of new concepts, EW capabilities, and tactical formations

  • EW Expertise:Ensure proper Cryptologic and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) requirements are accounted for to deliver innovative technologies for Information Operations

  • Situational Awareness:Maintain continuous awareness of emergent threats, technologies, and innovative concepts within the Information Environment (IE) and Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS)

  • Verification & Validation:Provide subject matter expertise, validate requirements, and coordinate Intelligence Support and Training in alignment with established Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 7+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • Experience with Information Environment (IE) and its impact on military operations

  • Experience with Intelligence Operations, IRCs and Information Warfare

  • Experience with afloat Cryptologic Operations and Tactics Techniques Procedures  (TTPs)

  • Experience with Cryptologic team trainers and imbedded systems, and/or afloat operations

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and at various levels of command

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience U.S. Government environment, DoD strongly preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.


The projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00-$148,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
