Job description

We are seeking Industrial Painters. This is a full-time position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. The job consists of some prepping and utilizing a pressure pot system. Must have at least 4 years of Industrial type experience. Automotive painting experience is preferred. Please apply and provide a resume if interested, these positions are immediate hire! Pay is $24-$27 hour based on experience and a paint test.

  • Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift available
  • Pay: $24-27 based on experience
  • Health insurance available after 90 days of employment.
  • PTO is offered during first 30 days of employment.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8- 10 hours per day and some Saturdays.
  • Overtime Available
  • Weekly Pay!

Requirements

Job Duties of Industrial Painter:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking as needed
  • Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings to surfaces in accordance with specifications
  • Operate and maintain spray guns, pressure pots, and other painting equipment
  • Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards and correct any defects
  • Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and ventilation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or other technical documents
  • Assist with routine maintenance of painting equipment and tools

Job Requirements for Industrial Painter:

  • Pass a paint test
  • Experience with a pressure pot system
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years of experience in industrial painting or a similar role preferred
  • Familiarity with different types of coatings and surface preparation techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
  • Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations related to painting and coatings
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
