What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment
  • Performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes
    • Experience from HVAC school, installation, property management, or commercial HVAC is valued but must be in addition to the required residential service experience
  • EPA Certification (Required)
  • NATE Certification (Preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Must reside within 30 miles of Marietta, GA
  • Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in varying environments
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using tablets and field service software
