Grantmaking Operations Intern – Global Impact As a Grantmaking Operations Intern, you're a key member of the Campaign Engagement team, with a focus on people-centered programs and program management of grantmaking, fundraising, and Employee Assistance Funds. This role provides hands-on experience in program administration, data analysis, application review, and content development. Responsibilities * Provide critical administrative support, including grant application review, emergency fundraising launches, data analysis, and more. * Contribute to the execution of our Employee Assistance Fund program plan, collaborating with teams across the organization. Support business development research, communications, and Salesforce record management. * Assist with various content production, including materials for corporate giving and volunteering programs, EAF bi-weekly newsletter, EAF marketing toolkit updates, new people-centered campaign templates, and more. * Support marketing and communications efforts as needed by drafting, editing, and publishing content across blogs, emails, presentations, and internal materials. Qualifications Qualifying for this role means you are a current undergraduate or graduate student with strong organizational and communication skills, with an interest in learning new technologies. You are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative, virtual work environment and have keen attention to detail. You can quickly learn new software, work independently, and handle information with accuracy and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required. Our local team members gather 1-2 days per week in the Washington, DC office headquarters.
