Description
The Global Impact Director provides operational leadership and execution for FAITH's global impact initiatives while providing a support role for the execution of local impact initiatives. This role helps guide ministry efforts, manages partner communication and storytelling, coordinates outreach events and global impact trips, supports budget stewardship, and develops the systems and processes needed for successful implementation.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
  • Must have a vibrant, active, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Experience with or ability to learn ministry and communication software platforms.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Guide the strategic direction and annual planning of global impact efforts, outreach campaigns, partnerships, and ministry opportunities.
  • Support, coordinate, and facilitate impact initiatives.
  • Lead content creation and story development that communicates the impact of global ministry efforts to the whole church, in collaboration with the Creative Team.
  • Oversee the evaluation, care, communication, and ongoing relationship management of global impact partners, serving as the primary point of contact for routine communication.
  • Remain informed about partner ministry impact and identify opportunities to encourage, strengthen, and appropriately engage global partners.
  • Develop, oversee, and steward budgets, financial support, and resource distribution for global impact initiatives.
  • Plan and train leaders for short-term global impact trips.
  • Coordinate short-term trip logistics, including airfare, lodging, ground transportation, itineraries, local contacts, registrations, and team communication.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of outreach events, global impact initiatives, and training sessions.
  • Host visiting partners and coordinate partner visits, including events and opportunities for them to share their work with the church.
  • Develop systems, processes, and tools to support ministry effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.
