Job description

Thank you for checking out our job listing! If you are interested, please apply here and our COO - Ryan will contact you to have you down for a shop tour and chat.
Technicians are the back-bone of this business and we've built this business to be the best place to work and grow for our technicians! A large Part of the success of our business being around since 1979 is that WE TAKE CARE OF OUR TECHS! We don’t believe in micromanaging. We believe in carefully hiring the right talent and letting them make their money.
We are and have been family owned since 1979 where every employee knows and speaks with the owners routinely as we are 1 big family here working together towards a common goal. We take time to connect with each employee and make sure the environment is great for both parties to grow and prosper together. To keep us aimed at our goal we do a weekly team meeting on Wednesdays, and then each individual has a 1-on-1 with our Chief Operating Officer - Ryan once a month. Here, in the 1-on-1's individuals have time and attention given to them to address their notes or needs.

  • Our inspections, known as Vehicle Health Reports, are paid. We don't short you on services, we have technicians set their own labor times, and there is no "warranty" pay work.

How much will I make?:
Our technicians work on a pay plan that is individually bonused on production. The ski is the limit! Your pay goes up the more units produced, so if you feel like kicking ass this week - kick ass!
Our technicians average between $50,000 - $135,000 per year based on skill level and production. We have the training to make a clear path for advancement and car grow you into the next level.
