Job description

Build Relationships. Open Doors. Grow a Territory.

Before you apply, ask yourself:

  • Do you enjoy making outbound calls and opening doors with new prospects every day?
  • Are you motivated by building a pipeline and winning new business—not simply processing inbound orders?
  • Can you stay persistent and professional when it takes multiple conversations to earn someone's trust?
  • Do you enjoy influencing decision-makers and turning prospects into long-term business partners?

If you answered yes, keep reading.

Blue Diamond Attachments is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and growing a territory. This is more than an inside sales role—you'll help expand our nationwide dealer network by identifying opportunities, developing new dealership partnerships, and supporting long-term growth.

We don't just hire salespeople—we develop trusted advisors who help equipment dealers grow their businesses while growing their own careers.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect equipment dealerships through daily outbound calls and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of dealer prospects.
  • Recruit new dealership partners across your assigned territory.
  • Introduce Blue Diamond products and create excitement with owners, sales managers, and decision-makers.
  • Follow up consistently to convert prospects into active customers.
  • Partner with Key Account Managers to grow and develop dealer relationships.
  • Track opportunities and sales activity in Salesforce CRM.
  • Become a knowledgeable resource on Blue Diamond products and industry solutions.

What Makes You Successful

You're someone who enjoys the challenge of earning business—not waiting for it. You have:

  • A hunter mentality with the persistence to create new opportunities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence making outbound calls and engaging decision-makers.
  • The ability to organize your territory, manage follow-up, and consistently move opportunities forward.
  • A competitive drive balanced with professionalism and customer focus.
  • Proven sales success and a history of achieving goals.
  • Construction, agriculture, or compact equipment industry experience (preferred).
  • Salesforce or CRM experience (preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Why Blue Diamond?

  • Competitive Pay: On-target earnings between $60,000 - $70,000 DOE, including monthly commissions and quarterly KPI bonuses.
  • Share in the Success:  Monthly profit bonuses.
  • No Nights, No Weekends: Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
  • Generous Benefits: Free employee medical insurance, H.S.A. match up to $1,200/year, plus dental, vision, accident, and critical illness coverage.
  • Time to Recharge: Paid holidays and generous PTO to support your work-life balance.
  • Career Growth: Opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within a thriving company.

Ready to Build Something Bigger?

  • If you're energized by finding opportunities, influencing customers, and building lasting business relationships, we want to hear from you.
  • Top candidates will be invited to complete a Culture Index assessment, so watch for an email from MyStaffingPro after applying.
