We are looking for a Bioprocess Biopharma Account Manager to lead overall customer success aligned to the Cytiva strategy and goals!

This position is part of the Bioprocessing Biopharma segment located in San Francisco, CA (Bay Area) and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

As the Account Manager, you will represent Cytiva and act as a primary customer point of contact in all allocated accounts and in the territory for its Bioprocess segment across San Francisco (Bay Area), California.

What You'll Do:

  • Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account.
  • Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop, and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers' expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Cytiva value proposition and a high-level knowledge of competitive products and services.
  • Prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating, and planning customer visits at all levels of the customer organization.
  • Negotiating master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions as well as facilitating tender responses to customers from the account, in conjunction with product sales specialists as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, life sciences or relevant field.
  • 3+ years commercial experience, preferably from Biotechnology industry.
  • Sales techniques including cross-selling, upselling, value positions, solution selling, and funnel management.
  • Business market knowledge.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
