🎾 Position: Full-Time Tennis Coaching Professional


Locations: Tennis Innovators Academy - WHITE PLAINS, NY

Start Date: September 16, 2026


Compensation:

• Entry-level annual compensation: $95,000 - $105,000+ (final offer based on ability and experience)

• Bonus opportunities throughout the year

• Additional salary provided for administrative and leadership duties

• High performers may exceed six figures based on capability, initiative, and results


About Us:

Tennis Innovators Academy (TIA) has been a leader in tennis development and facility management for

over 23 years in the New York area. As we expand to a second location in New Rochelle, NY, we are

looking to add passionate and driven coaching professionals to our team. TIA is committed to helping

coaches grow both on and off the court through career pathways in coaching, administration, and

leadership.


Position Summary:

We are seeking full-time Tennis Coaching Professionals who want to make an impact through on-

court instruction while developing skills in operations, sales, and management. This is an ideal position for individuals with strong playing backgrounds and a desire to evolve professionally within a dynamic, growth-focused company.


Minimum Requirements:

• NCAA / ITF / ATP / WTA level playing experience

• At least 2 years of coaching experience


Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate tennis instruction for junior and adult players

• Support academy initiatives and uphold TIA’s training systems and player development standards

• Assist with on-court programs, private lessons, and clinics

• Foster long-term client relationships and ensure player satisfaction

• Apply feedback from directors to improve performance and effectiveness


Career Growth Opportunities:

Qualified candidates may be selected for additional administrative and leadership roles, such as:

• Program sales and customer service

• Facility and operations management

• Staff development and scheduling

• Leadership training and internal promotions

💼 Note: Administrative responsibilities come with additional salary on top of the hourly coaching rate

for hybrid or full-salary positions, providing a path to six-figure compensation and long-term career

growth.


Administrative Training Offered:

• All employees are offered training for administration, January over every year. This covers training on business practices at TIA, policies, procedures and operational software.

• Sales bonus opportunities arise once training is completed.

• Those who perform well with business tasks may be eligible for administrative roles.
