AtAlligator Steps Swim School, we're looking for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual to become an integral part of our team. This is a unique opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple areas of our business while preparing for future leadership opportunities as we continue to grow.


This position offers the chance to develop skills in aquatics, customer service, operations, and leadership - all within a fun, supportive, family-oriented environment.


What You'll Do

As an Operations Specialist, you'll be cross-trained in several key areas of our swim school, including:


Swim Instruction

  • Teach children ages 3 to 12 years life-saving swim skills.
  • Build confidence while making lessons fun and engaging.


Welcome Specialist

  • Greet families and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with scheduling, enrollment, and parent communication.


Administrative Support

  • Answer phones and emails.
  • Manage student accounts and scheduling.
  • Support daily office operations.


Deck Supervisor

  • Help oversee daily lesson operations.
  • Coach and support instructors.
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.
