We are currently seeking dynamic and certified Group Exercise Instructors to join our team at our Concord location. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will lead a variety of fitness classes in a motivating, community-centered environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire participants of all ages, from youth to adults, through a wide range of exercise formats, including but not limited to:
  • Zumba GOLD: A fun, energetic dance workout designed for active older adults, focusing on balance, range of motion, and coordination.
  • Youth Yoga: Tailored yoga classes for children and adolescents that promote flexibility, mindfulness, and body awareness in a playful, age-appropriate way.
  • Yoga: Traditional yoga classes designed for all levels, emphasizing relaxation, strength, flexibility, and stress relief.
  • Youth Fitness: A high-energy class focusing on building strength, endurance, and teamwork in a positive, engaging environment for youth participants.
  • Aqua Zumba: A water-based, low-impact dance fitness class that combines traditional Zumba moves with the resistance of water, perfect for all fitness levels.
  • Early morning Fitness Bootcamp, HIIT, Circuits

In addition to these formats, we are looking for instructors who are flexible and open to teaching other classes, as needed. Substitute opportunities are available as well!
