• Perform preventative maintenance services on fleet vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Conduct thorough inspections to verify vehicle safety and operational readiness.
• Repair and replace vehicle systems and components, including brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, and other critical parts.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Maintain detailed service records, repair documentation, and maintenance logs.
• Help reduce vehicle downtime through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.

• Collaborate with fellow technicians and maintenance leadership to meet fleet service goals and repair schedules.
• Prioritize repairs based on operational needs and vehicle availability.
• Assist with routine fleet inspections and preventative maintenance programs.
• Identify recurring maintenance concerns and recommend solutions to improve fleet performance and longevity.
• Support overall fleet readiness by ensuring vehicles meet safety and service standards.

• Follow company safety policies and industry best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Properly use tools, equipment, and repair procedures to ensure workplace safety.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable maintenance and inspection requirements.

• Previous experience as an Auto Technician, Automotive Technician, Fleet Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to identify mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Experience working on fleet vehicles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
