• Conduct outbound LinkedIn messaging and connection requests
• Make outbound phone calls to target prospects
• Use Zoom Info or similar tools to build prospecting lists
• Target specific market segments and demographics (CFOs, CEOs, HR directors, business owners)
• Follow provided scripts and talking points about PEO services
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects on Brian's calendar
• Set up appointment reminders using Calendly
• Have intelligent conversations following sales scripts
• Qualify prospects and gauge interest before scheduling calls
• Generate interest to move prospects to next step
• Use Salesforce to manage contacts and activities
Skill Set
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or appointment setting roles • Fluent English communication skills • Salesforce experience • Zoom Info experience • Ability to have intelligent conversations following scripts • Experience building prospecting lists • Ability to follow instructions on target audience and market segments • Phone communication skills for outbound calling • LinkedIn outreach and messaging experience
