JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Open accounts & refer customers to other appropriate staff when needed.
  • Manage customer relationships and capture life events and goals while continually updating customer profiles in CRM as new information is learned.
  • Performs various duties, including making debit cards, completing file maintenance requests, updating signature cards, etc.
  • Responsible for the physical flow of community banking within the branch, including filing, handling, and dispersing incoming and outgoing mail, updating records, and compiling reports.
  • Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.
  • Duties may vary and this list may not be all inclusive.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Student attending high school or accredited higher level education program.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom, etc).
  • Ability to learn and efficiently use internal systems (IQ).
  • Professional communication and organizational skills.
  • Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
