JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open accounts & refer customers to other appropriate staff when needed.
- Manage customer relationships and capture life events and goals while continually updating customer profiles in CRM as new information is learned.
- Performs various duties, including making debit cards, completing file maintenance requests, updating signature cards, etc.
- Responsible for the physical flow of community banking within the branch, including filing, handling, and dispersing incoming and outgoing mail, updating records, and compiling reports.
- Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Student attending high school or accredited higher level education program.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom, etc).
- Ability to learn and efficiently use internal systems (IQ).
- Professional communication and organizational skills.
- Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
