What You'll Do:

  • Monitoring work for compliance with plans and specifications
  • Preparing written reports, calculations, client interface, and related work items
  • Monitoring of heavy highway, water & wastewater works, underground utility installation, and municipal infrastructure improvements

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience inspecting residential/multi-family development projects.
  • Knowledge of codes and regulations: Familiarity with local, state, and national building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards, as well as a good understanding of construction safety practices.
  • Attention to detail: Demonstrate keen attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents.

Salary Range:

The starting hourly rate range for this position is $25 - $35 per hour, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and certifications..
