Aboutthe Role
We're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist who will serve as a key point of contact for our customers while supporting our internal sales team. This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and sales support.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customerinquiries via email, phone, and CRM systems
  • Resolve customerissues and handle escalations professionally
  • Support sales teamwith order coordination and account management
  • Upsell andcross-sell products when appropriate
  • Manage customercommunication through Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk
  • Assist with outboundoutreach and lead generation
  • Research and compileprospect lists
  • Build strongcustomer relationships and improve retention
  • Work withoperations, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolveissues
