Aboutthe Role
We're lookingfor a CustomerService & Sales Support Specialist who will serveas a key point of contact for our customers whilesupporting our internal sales team. This role blendscustomer service, problem-solving, and salessupport.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customerinquiries via email, phone, and CRM systems
  • Resolve customerissues and handle escalations professionally
  • Support sales teamwith order coordination and account management
  • Upsell andcross-sell products when appropriate
  • Manage customercommunication through Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk
  • Assist with outboundoutreach and lead generation
  • Research and compileprospect lists
  • Build strongcustomer relationships and improve retention
  • Work withoperations, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolveissues
  • Assist withreporting and tracking customer/sales activity
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
