Brief Role Description:
Provide excellent customer service with varying essential tasks on a daily basis. Engaged in selling groceries.

Essential Functions:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Assist Customers in store and on phone.
  • Work together with co-workers daily.
  • Operate cash registers & POS system.
  • Downpack food product and stock inventory daily.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist in the training of store personnel.
  • Work with management to resolve obstacles associated with products, services, etc.
  • Give and provide assistance for customers on computer and throughout store.
  • General Housekeeping.
  • Adhere to all safety standards/procedures.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Education: High school degree or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 year of high-volume cash handling and processing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
