Our company is structured across 2 divisions - the Display Case Division, located in North Prairie, WI, Waukesha, WI, and Mukwonago, WI and the Refrigeration Systems Division, located in Ramsey, MN and Dyersville, IA.

What Will You Do?
Under the direction of the Director of Retail / Industrial Sales, the Sales Liaison will facilitate Inside and Outside sales operations with internal resources. This role requires a deep understanding of internal workflows and aims to support the sales process through accountability and communication. As the primary contact for customer status inquiries, the Sales Liaison bridges customer relations with internal resources to improve inquiry response times and enhance the customer experience while working cross-functionally between the Systems, Case, and Service divisions.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate customer inquiries pertaining to Service Division:
    • Parts work orders (fulfillment / shipping status)
    • Service & Warranty work orders (dispatching status / claim status)
    • Installation Operations work orders (damages claims)
  • Communicate status of parts, service, and customer requests to appropriate Account Manager and/or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Monitor status of drawings, request updated drawings from EOR when necessary
  • Hold internal parties accountable to shipping and delivery deadlines and communicate appropriate updates to customers
  • Leverage internal resources to provide responses to technical questions if not immediately answered
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements for Effective Performance:
  • Associate's degree in business administration
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (account management, inside sales, customer service)
  • Understanding of ERP (IFS) workflows and external customer portals
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft products (Excel, Power Point)

Skills/Abilities/Specifications:
  • Foundational understanding of commercial refrigeration / HVAC systems
  • Intermediate understanding of Project Management principles
  • Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to professionally hold internal and external accountable

Behavioral & Environmental Requirements:
  • Maintain a positive work attitude. Zero Zone expects all employees to behave and communicate in a manner which will facilitate good relationships with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisor.
  • Safety toe shoes and safety glasses are required while in production areas.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk throughout the office and production areas; have use of hands and fingers to use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
