Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Backend.NET Core (C#), Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server
- Frontend Angular, TypeScript, RxJS
- AI / ML Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines
- Cloud & DevOps Azure (ML, Functions, DevOps), containerization
- MLOps CI/CD pipelines, model validation & reranking (Nice to have)
- Architecture SOLID principles, clean code, microservices, REST APIs
Roles & Responsibilities
- The Lead AI Engineer will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. This role combines technical expertise in AI/ML with leadership responsibilities, ensuring scalable, high-performing systems that align with business objectives.
- The ideal candidate will mentor team members, set technical direction, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative AI-driven products.
Must Have
- 3–5+ years’ experience working with.NET Core and Angular in full-stack roles.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions, preferably in production.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of high-performance computing and data engineering.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholder engagement.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, Zenflow, Kedro or DVC.
- Experience with model Interpretability tools, bias mitigation, or AI regulatory compliance.
- Experience with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and event-driven messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
