Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Core Developer to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, extensive experience building scalable enterprise applications, and hands-on experience with modern software engineering practices. Experience working on money movement/payment systems such as Zelle, ACH, RTP, FedNow, or similar platforms is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable .NET Core applications.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Drive application modernization and migration from legacy .NET Framework to .NET 8/9.
  • Design and develop solutions supporting money movement/payment processing platforms.
  • Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmap discussions.
  • Promote engineering best practices including Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

  • 10+ years of experience in C# and .NET development.

  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).
  • Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with React, Angular, or Blazor.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ).
  • Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
  • Experience leading teams of 5–15 developers.
