Zara Homecare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight for medication services and nursing delegation within our in-home care program.This role focuses on nursing assessments, caregiver competency evaluations, and clinical supervision to ensure safe and compliant care for clients receiving services in their homes.This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys flexible scheduling and working in a community based care setting.Duties :. Conduct nursing assessments for clients who require medication services or delegated nursing tasks.. Determine appropriate levels of medication support, including medication assistance and medication administration..Delegate nursing tasks to caregivers in accordance with Oregon nursing delegation rules..Evaluate caregiver competency through in-person demonstrations before authorizing delegated tasks..Conduct follow-up visits to monitor delegated nursing tasks and medication services.Observe caregiver performance and review medication documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Reassess clients when health conditions change or after hospitalization..Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and administrative staff.Qualifications:.Actice Oregon Registered Nurse(RN) license in good standing.Minimum two years of nursing experience.Experience in home care, community health, or long term care strongly preferred.Ability to perform nursing delegation in accordance with Oregon rules..Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills..Ability to work independently and manage clinical follow -up visits.
