Fixed Route Driver - Full Time - Gettysburg, PA
Preferred:
  • Already have CDL Class A or B WITH Passenger Endorsement ("P" Endorsement), AND Air Brake Restriction Lifted (No "L", No "Z" and No "N" Restrictions on CDL).

Vehicle Pick Up/Drop Off Location: 257 N. 4th St. Rear, Gettysburg, PA 17325
Pay: $20.00/hr
Paid Weekly

Schedule: Will be determined by supervisor at interview, hours will fall between 6:15am-10:15pm.

The job of a rabbittransit operator is more important than providing a trip from point A to point B. Our operators are essential workers who carry out the Authority's mission of helping people gain mobility.
Throughout the day, our Fixed Route operators safely and courteously transport passengers along predetermined routes. Responsibilities include completing inspections, maintaining accurate records, assisting passengers with wheelchairs and other mobility devices, receiving and accounting for fares, using radio communications, following emergency procedures, and completing other activities assigned by the Operations Supervisor/ Site Manager.
