We are the locally owned Dayton territory of the fastest-growing dog training company in the country - Off Leash K9 Training, LLC, and we're looking to add a highly motivated Trainer to our team! This is a demanding, hands-on, and rewarding profession for someone ready to build real skills and make a real impact.
🔥 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 🔥
A sickening work ethic (seriously-we mean it)
Exceptional time management skills
Detail-oriented mindset
Must live in Dayton or surrounding areas
Ability to board at least 2 dogs in your home for 14 days
Reliable transportation
Basic video editing skills (iMovie preferred)
Familiar with social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
Willing to complete a 17-day trainer certification course in Virginia
🐶 DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES 🐶
Train dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages
Work with behavior issues ranging from anxiety to aggression
Interact professionally with clients and the public
Continue developing your skills in both dog training and client education
Attend PR and community events
