Job description

Weaver Brands is seeking a creative and talented Video Producer to help bring our brands, products, and people to life through compelling visual storytelling. Working closely with the Head of Video Production, this role leads the creative execution of video projects from concept through final delivery, producing content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, ecommerce, recruiting, customer education, training, and internal communications.

The Video Producer will collaborate with cross functional teams to create engaging, high-quality video content that strengthens our brands and connects with customers across a variety of digital platforms.

The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Produce and edit high-quality video content from concept through final delivery.
  • Capture video in studio and on location using professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and storytelling strategies.
  • Coordinate production schedules, equipment, locations, and talent for successful video shoots.
  • Edit footage using professional software while incorporating graphics, motion, sound, and color correction.
  • Organize digital assets and maintain efficient production workflows.
  • Ensure all video content meets Weaver Brands' quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Stay current on video production trends, creative techniques, and emerging technologies.
Our ideal applicant:
  • Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3-6 years of professional video production or digital media experience.
  • Strong experience with filming, editing, lighting, audio, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating content for digital marketing, ecommerce, or commercial environments preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating across departments.
