  • Partner with Influencer, Social, Media, and Ecommerce teams to create platform-native content that supports full-funnel objectives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Art direct creator, influencer, UGC, livestream, and social commerce content that feels authentic to each platform while maintaining brand standards.
  • Translate cultural trends, platform behaviors, consumer insights, and social conversations into creative concepts that feel relevant and timely.
  • Drive innovation in short-form video, motion, storytelling, and emerging content formats.
  • Collaborate with creative leadership, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and external creators to bring ideas to life.
  • Ensure all creative is optimized for platform-specific algorithms, audience behaviors, and performance metrics.
  • Support rapid content creation, testing, iteration, and optimization based on performance insights and social trends.
  • Partner with project management and cross-functional teams to deliver content efficiently while maintaining a high creative standard.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of social commerce trends, including TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, livestream shopping, and evolving digital consumer behaviors.
About You
  • 6+ years of experience in art direction, content creation, or creative design with a strong focus on social-first and digital commerce environments.
  • Demonstrated experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, social commerce, and creator-driven ecosystems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns, short-form video, creator collaborations, social commerce content, and performance-driven creative.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate content, livestream shopping, and digital consumer behavior.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; proficient in After Effects, motion graphics, and video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social platform trends, algorithms, content formats, and best practices.
  • Experience art directing photography, video, creator content, and UGC-style assets.
  • Comfortable balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing objectives.
  • Data-curious and able to use performance insights to inform creative decisions and optimization.
  • Passionate about beauty, culture, creators, social trends, and the rapidly evolving social commerce landscape.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel consumer journeys and how creative contributes to awareness, engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
