This brand is celebrated for its influential presence in the market and its ability to connect with audiences worldwide through captivating content and experiences. You'll be stepping into a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly contribute to how this brand engages with millions, shaping its digital footprint during a pivotal time.
This is an extraordinary opportunity for a Brand Strategist with deep YouTube expertise to make an immediate and highly visible impact on a global consumer brand. You will not just advise; you will roll up your sleeves and directly influence the brand's YouTube presence during one of its most significant moments of the year. Your strategic vision and hands-on execution will drive channel growth, enhance audience engagement, and ensure the brand's video content resonates powerfully across the platform, adding a truly recognizable name to your portfolio.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and execute the brand's YouTube strategy during a major brand moment.
  • Own day-to-day channel management, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and optimization.
  • Support episodic video programming from planning through launch.
  • Optimize titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, metadata, and channel organization to maximize performance.
  • Identify innovative ways to maximize existing video content specifically for the YouTube platform.
  • Develop compelling ideas for incremental and platform-native content that captures audience attention.
  • Identify opportunities to increase discoverability, engagement, watch time, and overall channel growth.
  • Monitor performance closely and translate channel insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of YouTube trends, formats, platform updates, and audience behaviors to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Hands-on experience managing and growing a YouTube channel for a brand, creator, publisher, media company, or agency client.
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio, analytics, publishing best practices, optimization techniques, and audience development strategies.
  • A deep understanding of what makes content successful specifically on YouTube, moving beyond simply repurposing content from other platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex performance data into clear, concise content and channel recommendations.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and execution.
  • Comfort balancing strategic thinking with a proactive, hands-on approach to daily execution.

What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience with fashion, beauty, retail, entertainment, lifestyle, or other major consumer brands.
  • Proven experience managing episodic or recurring YouTube programming.
