Job description

The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for preparing, publishing, and managing Morris Cerullo World Evangelism's (MCWE) digital teaching content across YouTube, Facebook, and other online platforms. This position plays a key role in ensuring daily livestreams and teaching sessions are accurately scheduled, properly presented, and effectively promoted to maximize audience engagement and ministry impact. The ideal candidate has strong experience with YouTube, video editing, social media management, and digital content publishing. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of Morris Cerullo World Evangelism's teachings, products, and ministry objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Preparation & Publishing -

    • Edit and prepare video content for publishing across YouTube, Facebook, and other ministry platforms.
    • Upload, schedule, and publish daily teaching sessions, livestreams, and related digital content.
    • Create and maintain accurate titles, descriptions, thumbnails, metadata, product offers, ministry resources, and website links for all published content.
    • Prepare content in advance and maintain an organized publishing schedule to ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly, and special event content.

Livestream Operations & Audience Engagement

    • Monitor daily livestreams before, during, and after broadcast to ensure successful execution.
    • Engage with viewers on YouTube and Facebook by responding to comments and encouraging audience participation.
    • Add, update, and pin appropriate product offers, ministry resources, and promotional information on YouTube and Facebook livestreams.

Content Management & Ministry Coordination

    • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and ministry teams to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with current campaigns.
    • Ensure all digital content reflects Morris Cerullo World Evangelism's branding, messaging, and ministry standards.
    • Work collaboratively with marketing, media, and management teams to support ministry initiatives and special projects as assigned.
    • Provide an overview and documentation of how daily livestreams and teaching sessions are prepared, scheduled, monitored, and executed to ensure consistency and operational excellence.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

    • Monitor YouTube Analytics and social media performance to identify opportunities for improving engagement and content effectiveness.
    • Assist with developing strategies to increase audience engagement, video performance, and subscriber growth across digital platforms.
    • Stay informed of YouTube platform updates, livestream best practices, and emerging digital content trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Relevant educational or business experience in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital content management, video production, social media, or a similar role.
    • Experience with video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
    • Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio, Facebook, and other social media publishing platforms.
    • Experience uploading, scheduling, and managing digital video content across multiple platforms.
    • Working knowledge of YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word required.
    • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software are a plus.
    • Understanding of livestream production and digital broadcasting workflows is preferred.

POSITION TYPE AND HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30 PM.

Must be available to work during company events approximately 4-5 times per year that could include evenings and weekends.

TRAVEL:

Travel is not anticipated for this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates on a large campus with multi-story buildings and uneven outdoor areas (e.g. steps, ramps, and gardens) that are open to the elements and changing weather conditions. This position requires regular interaction with staff and members of the public and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Noise levels will occasionally be high due to equipment, movies, musical and theatrical performances, and other factors.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • This position requires the ability to navigate throughout a large campus with indoor and outdoor work and event spaces.
    • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
    • Regularly lift and/or move objects 25 lbs.; occasionally team lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 25 lbs.
    • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend or balance.
    • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
