What You'll Do
As a Pediatric COTA, you'll help children develop the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and throughout life.
Responsibilities include:

Deliver engaging, individualized occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Support children in achieving developmental, sensory, motor, and functional goals.

Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, ABA providers, and families to maximize outcomes.

Document treatment sessions and progress accurately and efficiently.

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress.

Participate in team meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Maintain therapy equipment, treatment spaces, and clinic resources.

Contribute to a positive, encouraging, and child-centered environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Current Kansas COTA license (or eligible for licensure).

Minimum 1โ2 years of pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing.
