What You'll Do

As a Pediatric COTA, you'll help children develop the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and throughout life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver engaging, individualized occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

  • Support children in achieving developmental, sensory, motor, and functional goals.

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, ABA providers, and families to maximize outcomes.

  • Document treatment sessions and progress accurately and efficiently.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress.

  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

  • Maintain therapy equipment, treatment spaces, and clinic resources.

  • Contribute to a positive, encouraging, and child-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing.
