Discipleship/Coaching Ministry

  • Discipling/coaching student leaders you are assigned to
  • Biweekly coaching of family group leaders
  • Attending family groups
  • Helping start freshmen Bible studies
  • Spending informal time with student leaders and the students you are investing in
  • Summer and two-year conversations

Personal Ministry

  • Building relationships with non-Christian students
  • Sharing the gospel and reading the Bible (Seven Stories)
  • Broad gospel sowing on campus

Team Member (5–10 hours)

  • Weekly Summit College staff meetings
  • Weekly Summit College Campus Meetings
  • Plan and participate in all Summit College events (BMW, WinCon, SC United, summer projects)

Church Staff Member (5–10 hours)

  • Involved in all Summit staff gatherings (e.g., All-staff, staff retreat, etc.)
  • Serve one, attend one at a Summit campus
