We are a close-knit team that moves fast, cares about quality, and treats customers like family.
The Role
We are looking for a versatile team member to support our sales, customer service, administrative tasks and operations. This is a great fit for someone organized, personable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats — no prior industry experience required, we will train you on our systems and processes.
What You'll Do

● Support outreach to existing and prospective retail partners
● Help track inventory reports and restock needs with store contacts
● Create and process orders for wholesale customers
● Manage invoice creation and ensure accuracy before sending
● Conduct in-person visits to high-value retail customers
Customer Service
● Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, text, and social media
● Handle order issues, substitutions, and delivery questions
● Support quality control feedback and flavor/product questions
● Manage delivery logistics and customer support on delivery days
Admin & Operations
● Support Shopify order management and loyalty program administration
● Assist with data entry and light bookkeeping coordination
● Help keep weekly operational checklists on track
● Pack orders for customers
● Provide support for factory related tasks
● Plus other tasks as needed across sales, customer service, and admin/ops
What We're Looking For
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new software (Shopify, QuickBooks, Square)
● Detail-oriented and reliable with follow-through
● Bilingual (English/Spanish)
● Owns a vehicle
● Interest in food, small business, or CPG a plus — not required
● Self-starter who can work independently in a hybrid setup
Schedule & Location
● Hybrid — regular time at the Little Havana factory and in the field, with flexibility on remote days
● Weekly visits to Factory in Little Havana
● Regular in-person visits to high-value retail customers in the Miami area required
● Based in or near Miami preferred
Why AROA
Join a growing, mission-driven local food business at an exciting stage of expansion. You'll get exposure to every part of a small business — sales, ops, customer experience — and real room to grow as we do.
