After School Care Director
Position Summary
Saint Cecilia Catholic School is seeking a caring, reliable, and organized individual for our After School Care program. This role helps provide a safe, welcoming, and structured environment for students at the end of the school day, while reflecting the values and culture of our Catholic school community.
Hours
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 3:00pm 6:00pm
  • Thursday: 2:00pm 6:00pm
  • Half days: 12:00pm 3:00pm
  • Follows the school calendar

Primary Responsibilities
  • Supervise students in a safe and attentive manner at all times
  • Lead and organize age-appropriate activities (indoor and outdoor)
  • Support students with homework as needed
  • Help maintain a calm, respectful, and inclusive environment
  • Manage daily sign-in and sign-out procedures
  • Communicate clearly with families and school staff
  • Assist with snack distribution and basic clean-up
  • Ensure all school safety and behavior expectations are followed

Qualifications
  • Experience working with children (school, childcare, or related setting) preferred
  • Positive, patient, and dependable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a group of students with consistency and care
  • Commitment to supporting the mission and values of a Catholic school
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation
  • Hourly position; $20 - 23 per hour Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications. This position is not benefits eligible.
