Full- Time Workplace Type: Onsite Clearance: TS/SCI willingness to take a polygraph exam Must be a U.S. Citizen Job Summary Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level PRC All-Source Analyst to use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. Roles and Responsibilities A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: * Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
* Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.
* As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.
Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
* Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Preferred Qualifications * 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
* Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
* Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
* Knowledge of Microelectronics
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Physical Requirements/Work Environment * Normal office environment.
