Job description

Mountaintop Yarn is looking for a friendly, reliable retail associate to help run the front of the shop and create a welcoming experience for our customers. This is a steady, hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and working in a calm, creative environment.

Schedule

  • Monday: 11โ€“4

  • Tuesday: 11โ€“4

  • Friday: 11โ€“4

  • Saturday: 11โ€“3

  • Sunday: 12โ€“3

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Ring up customer purchases using the Shopify POS system

  • Restock shelves and keep the retail floor tidy and inviting

  • Help customers with questions about yarn, notions, patterns, and product locations

  • Keep track of inventory levels and alert me when something is running low

  • Light cleaning tasks to keep the shop neat

  • Provide warm and helpful customer service

What Iโ€™m Looking For
